Understanding our shipping and delivery procedures for B2B transactions and digital services on BazarGPT platform.

1. INTRODUCTION

This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to the use of BazarGPT.com and its associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"), owned and operated by Quasar Pulse Technology Private Limited.

2. NATURE OF THE PLATFORM

BazarGPT operates as a B2B match-making marketplace. It is crucial for all Users (Buyers and Sellers) to understand that Quasar Pulse Technology Private Limited is an intermediary.

No Inventory

We do not manufacture, stock, store, or own the goods listed on the Platform.

No Direct Logistics

Unless explicitly stated in a specific "Fulfilled by BazarGPT" agreement, we do not provide direct shipping or logistics services.

3. SHIPPING OF GOODS (BUYER-SELLER TRANSACTIONS)

As the Platform acts as a venue for negotiation, the logistics of product delivery are handled directly between the Seller and the Buyer.

A. Shipping Charges

  • Variable Costs: Shipping charges are not fixed by the Platform. They vary based on the Seller's location, the Buyer's destination, the weight/volume of the consignment, and the nature of the goods (e.g., industrial machinery vs. raw materials).
  • Payment: Shipping costs are typically over and above the product value. Buyers must confirm the final shipping cost with the Seller before finalizing any payment.

B. Dispatch and Timelines

  • Seller Responsibility: The Seller is solely responsible for dispatching the goods within the agreed timeframe.
  • Standard Dispatch: While specific terms vary, Sellers are generally expected to dispatch "Ready to Ship" items within 4 to 7 working days. Custom-made or industrial orders may take longer.
  • Estimated Delivery: Standard delivery timelines for domestic B2B shipments typically range from 7 to 20 working days, depending on the logistics partner chosen by the Seller.

C. Logistics Partners

  • Sellers may ship products using their own logistics network or third-party courier agencies (e.g., Blue Dart, Gati, Delhivery, or Transport Agencies).
  • Tracking: If the Seller provides a tracking number, Users can track the shipment via the respective courier's website. BazarGPT advises Sellers to share tracking details promptly.

4. INSPECTION AND DAMAGES

Upon Delivery

Buyers are advised to inspect the package physically before accepting delivery.

Damaged Goods

If the package appears tampered with or damaged, do not accept the delivery. Document the damage with photographs and contact the Seller immediately.

Dispute Support

While BazarGPT is not liable for damage during transit, you may log a support ticket with us if a Seller is unresponsive regarding a shipping issue. We will assist in mediating the communication.

5. DELIVERY OF BAZARGPT SERVICES (DIGITAL SERVICES)

For services purchased directly from Quasar Pulse Technology Private Limited (such as Paid Subscriptions, Lead Credits, or Verified Badges):

Activation

These are digital services and do not require physical shipping.

Timeline

Service activation typically occurs within 24 to 48 hours of payment realization.

Confirmation

An invoice and confirmation email will be sent to the User's registered email address upon activation.

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For transactions involving exports/imports:

Incoterms

Buyers and Sellers must agree on Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW) prior to the transaction.

Customs

The Buyer is usually responsible for import duties and customs clearance unless agreed otherwise. Quasar Pulse Technology Private Limited is not responsible for customs delays or seized shipments.
